For data processed during examination and treatment at the hospital, the healthcare institution is also a data controller and provides its own notice.

Depending on how you use the site, the following may be processed:

• Identity and contact: name, phone number, e-mail address (as provided in forms)
• Request details: contact preference, preferred day and time, your message
• Health data: only the symptoms you select in the online pre-assessment form, and only with your explicit consent
• Consent records: KVKK acknowledgement, commercial message preference and cookie preference
• Security: IP address, browser and access time (technical logs of the hosting server)

• Receiving appointment and contact requests and replying to you
• Reviewing the symptoms you share in the pre-assessment form before an appointment
• Sending information messages if you have consented
• Keeping the site secure and preventing abuse and spam
• Meeting legal obligations and protecting rights in possible disputes

Personal data is processed under Article 5 KVKK: directly related to establishing or performing a contract (appointment request), compliance with legal obligations, establishing, exercising or protecting a right, and legitimate interest without harming your fundamental rights.

Health data shared in the pre-assessment form is processed under Article 6 KVKK on the basis of your explicit consent. Commercial messages and non-essential cookies are also used only with your explicit consent.

Your data is never sold or shared for advertising. It may be transferred, only for the purposes above, to the hosting provider (servers in Türkiye) and the e-mail provider, and to authorised public bodies when legally required.

If you agree to view the map, the map service is provided by Google and your browser connects to Google servers (abroad). This connection is made only if you consent in your cookie preferences.

Data is collected electronically, partly by automated means, through the website forms, phone, WhatsApp and e-mail. Optional fields are entirely up to you.

Form submissions are not stored on the site or in a database; they are delivered by e-mail. These e-mails are deleted within one year of your request being concluded, unless a longer period is required by law. Your cookie preference is kept in your browser for 12 months. Server access logs are kept under the hosting provider’s policy and applicable law.

You may apply to the data controller to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed
• Request information if it has been processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
• Know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request erasure or destruction under Article 7 KVKK
• Request that third parties be notified of correction, erasure or destruction
• Object to an adverse outcome resulting from automated analysis
• Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If your request is rejected or you find the answer insufficient, you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
